Simba SC has officially announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), alongside elections for new club leaders, will be held on January 3, 2027, in Dar es Salaam.
The move follows the completion of the legal process after the club received approval from the Registrar of Sports Associations in Tanzania.
Simba’s Board of Directors formally submitted a request to postpone the meeting on September 23, 2026. Following the request, on October 22, 2026, the Registrar granted the club permission to hold its elections within a 90-day period, leading to the scheduling of the elections for early January.
The elections are expected to be particularly significant, with members and supporters eagerly awaiting the new leadership team that will take charge of the club based in the Msimbazi area of Dar es Salaam.
Further details regarding the schedule for collecting and submitting nomination forms, as well as the positions to be contested, are expected to be announced soon by the club’s electoral committee.
