Real Madrid are on course to win their fifth Club World Cup title on Saturday, after beating Egyptian champions Al Ahly 4-1 in Rabat.

Real Madrid managed to get a goal a few minutes before the break of the first half, when Vinicius Mdogo broke through Al Ahly's defense before scoring Mohamed El Shenawy.
Just two minutes into the second half, Federico Valverde made the result 2-0. Rodrygo's initial shot was well saved by El Shenawy, but the Uruguayan calmly finished the ball into the net.
It was an important moment for Valverde, who has had a difficult time since returning from the World Cup. The goal was his first since November, and he will be hoping to continue his momentum.
Real Madrid looked close to the final on Saturday, but Eduardo Camavinga awarded a penalty after 65 minutes following a foul in the Real Madrid penalty area. Tunisian defender Ali Maaloul scored the goal for Al Ahly

Madrid will face Al Hilal in the final on Saturday
