Arafat has said that the club has long-term plan, so they will not allow the coach to leave easily

"The only thing that differentiates us from most of our rivals is having a broad technical bench with the best experts"

"Nabi leaving is possible but it cannot be now, I think even he believes he is in a club where in the next few steps he can be in the greatest record of success," he was quoted by Mwanaspoti em>

"We still really need Nabi, I can assure our fans that this coach and the other will not be easy for us to let them go, we have big goals and this is just a journey to get there"

"We are aware of these reports that we have a good coach like Nabi, others are their dreams, Yanga we are in this success due to using strength to keep all the best experts like these, this kind of stability other clubs do not have, that is why they waver every time"
