Zesco United have announced the signing of Freddy Micheal Koublan, a former Simba player
The striker from the Ivory Coast joins the team based in Ndola following his failure at USM Algiers in Algeria
Koublan returns to the Zambia Premier League 11 months after playing for the Green Eagles
He has signed a one-year contract with the giants from Ndola
"ZESCO United Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Ivory Coast International Striker Freddy Michael Kouablan on a one-year contract," a Zesco statement noted
Kouablan's good record includes being at the top of the MTN Premier League 2023/24 top scorer list with 14 goals in 18 matches for the Green Eagles, followed by 8 goals in 13 matches for the Tanzanian giants, Simba SC
