It is only a matter of time before Simba SC officially announces the departure of head coach Fadlu Davids, after both parties reached a mutual agreement to part ways.
Fadlu recently led Simba for the last time in their CAF Champions League preliminary round match against Gaborone United, a game the Tanzanian giants won 1-0 away from home.
Simba have already begun the process of finding his replacement quickly, with the aim of having someone take over the role and work alongside assistant coach Selemani Matola.
Reports indicate that Fadlu is close to joining Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca, and he is said to have left Simba with his two assistants, Darian Wilker and Wayne Sandilands.
Among the names linked with the Simba job are Kenya national team coach Benny McCarthy, as well as Miguel Gamondi, the current head coach of Singida Black Stars.
