CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe has confirmed that the Egyptian Football Association's (EFA) proposal to increase the number of clubs competing in the CAF Champions League is still under consideration, with no final decision yet taken. He stressed that the request will be reviewed by CAF's relevant decision-making bodies before any action is taken.
