Yanga SC's Head of Information, Ally Shaban Kamwe, has confirmed that the club is yet to complete its international recruitment, revealing that two more foreign players will be signed before the current transfer window closes.
Kamwe made the remarks while speaking to the media ahead of the Wananchi Day celebrations, which are scheduled to kick off early next month and culminate on August 9 at Uhuru Stadium.
He noted that the club is still working to strengthen its squad as preparations continue for the 2026/27 season, with the remaining signings expected to further boost the team's competitiveness in both domestic and continental competitions.
The announcement comes just a day after Yanga officially unveiled Namibian striker Peter Shalulile, who joined the Tanzanian champions from Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa. Shalulile's arrival is regarded as one of the club's marquee signings of the transfer window, with supporters now eagerly awaiting the announcement of the remaining two foreign recruits.
