Simba SC has announced that its immediate priority is to focus on key activities ahead of the new season, including player recruitment, preparations for Simba Day, and the 2026 Community Shield clash against arch-rivals Yanga SC, scheduled for August 12.
The statement follows a meeting of the club's Board of Trustees, during which members resolved to put aside recent issues surrounding the board and shift their full attention to the club's football and administrative preparations for the upcoming campaign.
The Board of Trustees also called on Simba members and supporters to remain united behind the club as it prepares for the 2026/27 season. The board urged the Simba family to continue supporting the team in its pursuit of success in both domestic and continental competitions.
