Yanga Day concluded at Uhuru Stadium with Yanga suffering a 2-1 defeat to Les Aigles du Congo in an international friendly.
It was a fiercely contested match, with Yanga taking the lead through Peter Shalulile, who converted a penalty after being brought down inside the box.
However, the Congolese side capitalized on mistakes by Yanga players who lost possession in dangerous areas, with Talas scoring both goals for Les Aigles du Congo.
Yanga head coach Manqoba Mngqithi used the match to give several players an opportunity, fielding two different lineups across the two halves.
Les Aigles du Congo also produced an impressive performance, showing signs that they are well prepared for this season's CAF Champions League campaign, where they will face APR in the preliminary round.
