Azam FC and Tanzania national team midfielder Feisal Salum Abdallah ‘Fei Toto’ has added another accolade to his growing list of achievements after being named Zanzibar's Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the 2025/26 season.
Fei Toto won the award at the 2026 ZFF/PBZ Awards organized by the Zanzibar Football Federation (ZFF), beating several other prominent players who had been in contention for the prestigious prize.
In the race for the award, Fei Toto defeated Ibrahim Hamad ‘Bacca’, Yanga's Mudathir Yahya, JKU SC's Suleiman Mbarouk and Mohamed Mussa Salum of Mshujaa/Yanga to claim the prestigious honour in Zanzibar football.
The award is further recognition of Feisal Salum's outstanding performances during the 2025/26 season with Azam FC.
Tanzania Premier League statistics show that the midfielder was among the league's leading scorers for much of the season, finishing with 14 goals and eight assists, meaning he was directly involved in 22 goals.
