Simba SC Information and Communications Manager Ahmed Ally has said that the club has no knowledge of reports surrounding the registration of Selemani Mwalimu with Yanga SC.
Ahmed Ally said Simba is unaware of claims that Selemani Mwalimu is unable to play for Yanga because Simba has refused to remove the player from the FIFA Connect system.
Speaking about the matter, Ahmed Ally insisted that Simba has not received any official information regarding the claims, while emphasizing that the club has no knowledge of the issue.
“We know nothing about Selemani, he left our training camp.”
His comments come after reports emerged claiming that Simba is allegedly demanding a certain payment before allowing Selemani to be registered by Yanga SC as a domestic player.
The reports have sparked debate among football stakeholders and fans, particularly over the circumstances surrounding the player’s registration and his status in the FIFA Connect system.
However, according to Ahmed Ally, Simba has no information regarding the allegations, leaving the issue open for further clarification from the parties involved.
The situation has now attracted significant attention, with football fans waiting for more details regarding Selemani Mwalimu’s registration and whether he will be able to officially feature for Yanga SC.
