Young Africans Sports Club (Yanga) has expressed deep sorrow following the death of former club security official Ramadhani Mganda, popularly known as Penta, who passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026, in Dar es Salaam.
According to Yanga’s Information and Communications Department, the funeral is being held at the deceased’s home in Magomeni, Dar es Salaam. His body was scheduled to be taken to Maamur Mosque at 1:00 p.m. for the final prayers before being transferred to Kisutu Cemetery for burial.
Yanga’s management has conveyed its condolences to the deceased’s family, relatives and friends, as well as the club’s members, supporters and the wider sports community, while praying for the bereaved family to be granted patience and strength during this difficult period.
