Coaching is about more than just tactics on the pitch. It is also about the ability to build a team, develop talent, instill discipline, and make players believe in their own abilities.
Ahmad Ally is among the Tanzanian coaches who have continued to prove their capabilities at the various clubs they have had the opportunity to manage.
He previously transformed Prisons FC, moving the team away from a traditional direct and long-ball style of football and introducing a simpler, more organized and attractive style of play.
Now at JKT Tanzania, he continues to build a competitive team and establish the club as one of the sides that are difficult to face on the pitch.
