Chelsea are reportedly preparing a €70 million offer in January to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabián Ruiz.
Chelsea head coach Xabi Alonso is reportedly keen on bringing the 30-year-old midfielder to Stamford Bridge to strengthen his squad in the upcoming transfer window.
However, Chelsea could face competition from Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle United, who have also been linked with a move for the PSG midfielder.
If the deal goes through for €70 million, Ruiz could become one of Chelsea’s key targets as they look to strengthen their squad in January.
