The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has announced the suspension of Sokoine Stadium from hosting Premier League matches after the venue failed to meet the required regulatory and football standards.
The stadium came under scrutiny following the match between Mbeya City and Yanga, which ended in a goalless draw.
It should be noted that Yanga were scheduled to return to Mbeya on November 1 to face Tanzania Prisons at the same venue.
