After last week, the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) announced Adel Amrouche as the new coach of the national team 'Taifa Stars', the former defender of Simba and Sigara, Hamis Kondo advised the coach to give a place in the national team to players from lower leagues
Since the dismissal of Kim Poulsen, on August 29, last year, Stars was under the interim Zambian coach, Hanour Janza, who also decided to return to them after being appointed as the Technical Director of the Zesco United Club.
Amrouche, a Belgian citizen of Algerian origin, has extensive experience with African football after coaching clubs and national teams in the South, Middle East and North regions.
The coach has been the best coach in East Africa in 2013 when he led Kenya 'Harambee Stars' to the Cecafa Challenge championship and before that he reached the semi-finals twice with the Burundi team.
Kondo, who has also played for CDA, said Taifa Stars belongs to all players, but they must have great ability regardless of what level they play in.
"Simba and Yanga must give priority in the selection of the team because their players have the best level and get experience of the international competitions they participate in, but they must look at the lower players as in the Championship there are some who can"
em>"If you keep them with those, they will learn and later they will become better and it will be a treasure for the Nation," said Kondo
