Despite some of the referees concluded their suspensions, the Chairman of the Referees Committee, Nassor Hamduni said they will continue to be under special supervision until they are satisfied
Hamduni acknowledged the existence of referees who have completed the punishments given to them, but he has insisted that it is too early to put them on the schedule until they see fit to bring them back.
One of the referees who have completed the punishment includes Ahmed Arajiga who was banned for six months due to various repeated mistakes in interpreting the rules of football on the field
"We still haven't returned them so far so we can see how we will do that, they may return to the field as our intention is but they may be seen next season"
"At the moment I can't assess the level of referees whether it has increased or decreased but when the season ends I can do so by looking at various reports," said Hamduni.
However, he added that there are some who have already returned, which is why it seems that there is quality in the games of various leagues that are going on, unlike the situation in the past.
"Arajiga, despite completing six months, is still under observation as in detail, Sasii (Elly) and others, so we ask stakeholders to be patient with us," Hamduni was quoted by Mwanaspoti
