Government Spokesman Gerson Msigwa today handed Yanga a sum of Tsh 20 million promised by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan as a bonus after scoring two goals in the second leg of the semi-final of the CAF Confederation vs Marumo Gallants
The event took place today at the Press Conference organized by the Yanga at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium special for the final game against USM Alger which will be played on Sunday, May 28
Yanga has collected a total of Tsh 40 Million in the semi-finals after scoring four goals each goal with a bonus of Tsh 10 Million
In addition to the final, President Dr. Samia has bought 5,000 tickets for fans to support Yanga on Sunday
Vice President of Yanga Arafat Haji has thanked President Samia for the enthusiasm she gives in the competition as it has greatly contributed to Yanga being able to reach the finals
In addition, Yanga has thanked President Dr. Samia for providing a flight that will take the team to Algeria to the second leg of the final game which will be played on June 03 where the plane will also carry fans
ENTRIES GAME AGAINST USM ALGER
In the meeting, Yanga Information Officer Ali Kamwe announced the tickets for the game against USM Alger asking Yanga fans to make sure they buy all the tickets to fill Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
"We will start with Royal tickets in which there have been different packages such as transport to the stadium, food during the game, special jerseys for the premier league championship where the entrance fee is Tsh 200,000/-"< /p>
"VIP A is Tsh 100,000/-, VIP B is Tsh 30,000/-, VIP C is Tsh 15,000/- and Regular is Tsh 5,000/-"
"For those who buy VIP A tickets, they will have the opportunity to get food in the stadium as Royal"
