Zambia champions Power Dynamos will face Simba in the first round of the African Champions League
It is after Power Dynamos won 1-0 against African Stars yesterday and thus qualified for the first round with the advantage of the away goal after being beaten 2-1 in the first leg game
The first game will be played on September 15 in Zambia and the return game will be played on September 29 in Dar es Salaam
Simba and Power Dynamos competed at the Simba Day Festival, Wekundu of Msimbazi emerging with a 2-0 victory in the game played at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
The teams meet again twice to compete for a ticket to advance to the group stage
While Simba will face Power Dynamos, their Yanga compatriots will face Sudan's El Merrikh
Yesterday Yanga advanced to the first round with a 7-1 aggregate win against Asas Fc of Djibouti while El Merrikh qualified on away goal advantage after a goalless draw against Otoho of Congo Brazaville
