Simba has been fined Shs. 1,000,000 (one million) for the fault of fans as well as field guards (stewards) being involved in the event of entering the field and doing actions that indicate superstitious beliefs when the game against Mashujaa Fc continues at the Azam Complex field on March 15, 2024

The field guards (stewards) of the Simba club, Kessy Mohamed, Mrisho Mindu along with Mohamed Salmin and a fan known as Mohamed Saleh, have been banned from entering the stadium for a period of 12 months (twelve) for the offense of participating in that event

In addition, the League Board has stated that it will continue with the investigation aimed at finding out the other parties involved in the incident who were not immediately identified so that they can be taken into action

The Lions Club has been asked to ensure that the fans and officials who have been punished obey their punishments and implement them fully to avoid further punishments
