The NBC Premier League continues today where one game is played in Kigoma. Mashujaa Fc will host Simba in a game eagerly awaited by football fans in the country
Msimbazi Reds who landed in Kigoma yesterday, will go down to the Late Tanganyika tournament knowing that the victory against Mashujaa today will ensure they move to second place in the league standings
The head coach of Simba, Fadlu Davids, has said that his team is ready for the game and their goal is to get three points to strengthen themselves in the league position
Fadlu has said that he expects the match to be difficult but his players are ready to show a high level after getting a different break than they were in the previous games
Mashujaa's assistant coach, Maulid Makata, has admitted that the game will be difficult because they are facing a big team, but this season will be better than last season
Makata has said however that his players like to play those kinds of matches that have many viewers in the field and on television
"For matches like these, our job is to build them psychologically because the players themselves want them, they know they are seen by many people, so they also want to be seen, to sell themselves"
"We know our colleagues are a big team and they have a bigger preparation than us, you can't compare us with us, if you look at their goals is to win the championship and us to stay in the Premier League or fourth place, but in football anything can happen," said the coach
