After being out of the field for almost a whole year, Azam Fc midfielder Sospeter Bajana has said he has work to do to make sure he returns to the team's first team
Azam Fc's midfield, which ranks fourth in the league, is currently occupied by midfielders James Akaminko and Adolf Mtasingwa while Feisal Salum 'Fe Toto' is used as an attacking midfielder
Bajana has admitted that it is not easy to return directly to the squad due to the presence of those players who are doing well so he has to fight in the training ground
"I was out of the field for a year and now I can't go back straight to play when there are players who are doing well and are fighting for the team to achieve the goals, I have a job to do to make sure I convince the coach to believe in me and give me a chance"
"I respect the quality of Adolf Mtasingwa and James Akaminko who have been playing the role that I play, each of them performs their roles with quality, I think in order to play I have to do extra work" he said
Azam Fc coach Rachid Taoussi has said that many players in one area and all of them being good is the key to success for him due to the number of matches and the difficult schedule of consecutive matches will help him to make frequent changes
"There are many matches, I am happy that many players have returned and others are returning little by little. I believe that if they are all at the required quality, we will have a team that shows competition to the opponents relentlessly due to the constant changes in the midfield"
