Referee from South Sudan, Ring Nyier Akech Malong has been appointed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to play the game between Ethiopia and Tanzania as a game to seek a ticket to qualify for AFCON 2025
The game will be played in Lubumbashi DR Congo, Saturday November 16, 2024
Stars need to win the game to keep alive their hopes of qualifying for the Afcon 2025 finals to be held in Morocco next year
Tanzania will complete the last match in group H at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium, on November 19 against Guinea
Mathematically if Tanzania wins both matches it will join DR Congo to play Afcon 2025
