Records show that the attacking midfielder, who is a citizen of the Ivory Coast, scored other penalty goals against Dodoma Jiji, Simba also winning 1-0, another against KMC, enabling his team to win 4-0.
He has scored a total of 7 goals behind the top scorer Elvis Rupia by only 1 goal difference
As for Fei Toto, he scored his penalties in the game between Azam FC against KenGold, winning 4-1, against Kagera Sugar giving his team a 1-0 victory, and against Dodoma Jiji, Wanalambalamba winning 3-1 goals
The next players to score the most penalty goals are Leonel Ateba of Simba, Erasto Nyoni of Namungo and Morice Chukwu of Tabora United. Ateba scored in a match in which Simba drew 2-2 against Coastal Union, with Pamba Jiji being the only goal in the game
