South African Premier League club Kaizer Chiefs has been linked with two Simba SC stars โ Kibu Denis and Jean Charles Ahoua.
Recently, the teamโs head coach Nasreddine Nabi was in Tanzania, where he attended a Premier League match between Simba and Singida Black Stars at the KMC Complex, a match Simba won 1-0.
It is reported that Nabi visited the country with the specific purpose of scouting those players, and Chiefs have already submitted their first offer for Kibu, which was rejected by Simba.
The rejected offer is estimated to be over TSh 500 million, with inside sources revealing that Simba has no intention of letting go of Kibu (24) during this transfer window.
Chiefs have not yet submitted an offer for Ahoua, although it is possible that the South African football giants may try to sign him as well.
Kibu signed a two-year contract extension with Simba at the start of this season, meaning he still has one year remaining with the Msimbazi Reds, while Ahoua has two years left on his contract.
