Simba’s management has decided to retain their first-choice goalkeeper, Moussa Camara, for another season, it has been confirmed.
Camara joined Simba last season from Horoya AC of Guinea, signing a one-year contract that included an option to extend for a second year if the management was satisfied with his performance.
Reports from within the club confirm that after extended discussions, an agreement has been reached with the highly rated goalkeeper—last season’s best in the Premier League—and he will continue serving Simba.
Simba is now working to finalize the signing of another goalkeeper, Yacoub Mohammed, from JKT Tanzania.
The club has already parted ways with two goalkeepers, Aishi Manula and Hussein Abel, whose contracts have expired.
