Yanga SC attacking midfielder Offen Chikola is set to join Singida Black Stars on loan.
After a slow start to his spell at Yanga, the player is being loaned out to gain more playing time.
He becomes the second local player to be sent out on loan by Yanga during this transfer window, following Denis Nkane, who joined TRA United.
Foreign players also being loaned out by Yanga include Mohamed Doumbia and Celestin Ecua, who has moved to JS Kabylie in Algeria.
