The Senegal Football Federation has released a statement following Morocco being awarded a 3–0 default victory in the AFCON 2025 final, claiming that the decision ‘undermines African football,’ and that they will immediately file an appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
The Federation (FS) reaffirmed its commitment to the principles of integrity and fairness in sport, and stated that it will continue to keep the public informed on the progress of the matter.
