Azam FC has left Dar es Salaam early today, heading to Singida in preparation for their Premier League match against Singida Black Stars.
The match is scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, at the Airtel Stadium in Singida.
The Ice Cream sellers departed Dar on Sunday using the SGR train to Dodoma, where they are expected to have a short training camp before proceeding to Singida.
Azam FC currently holds third place in the league standings with 29 points, where a win could move them up to second place, while their hosts, Singida Black Stars, are in sixth place with 25 points.
