Yanga have received a major boost following the return of their key striker, Prince Dube, who has officially rejoined the squad after recovering from a recent injury.
Dube resumed training today alongside his teammates as part of preparations for the NBC Premier League match against Tanzania Prisons, scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2026, at KMC Complex.
His return is a significant relief for Yanga’s technical bench, especially at a time when the team is pushing to strengthen its position at the top of the league standings. Yanga had been without both Dube and Depu in their last matches before the FIFA international break due to injuries.
In addition to Dube, Yanga have also welcomed back several other players who were sidelined with injuries and have now resumed training. These include Depu, Chadrack Boka, Edmund John, and Ibrahim Hamad, popularly known as “Bacca.”
Yanga Enter Camp at Avic Town
In another development, Yanga’s squad has officially entered camp at Avic Town to finalize preparations for the match against Tanzania Prisons.
Previously, the team had been training at KMC Complex while infrastructure improvements were being carried out at their Avic Town camp.
