Simba head coach Steve Barker has acknowledged that their upcoming Premier League match against Azam FC, set for this Sunday at Azam Complex, will be a tough encounter, but insists his team is well prepared to fight for victory.
Speaking during a press conference earlier today, Barker noted that Azam FC is a difficult team to score against, highlighting their strong record of remaining unbeaten and conceding very few goals as a sign of their solidity.
Barker emphasized that the match is unlikely to produce many scoring chances, making it crucial for his players to be efficient in front of goal.
"I think both teams are strong. Azam FC have conceded very few goals just like us, so it will be a match decided by small details."
"I don’t expect a game with many chances for either side, but what’s important for us is to make good use of every opportunity we get."
"I understand Azam FC are a tough team to score against. They are unbeaten in the league, so we must be at our best and be efficient to get a win."
"We are creating many chances, and I believe we will continue doing so. The key is to make sure we convert those chances," said Barker.
