NBC Premier League Round 24 Concludes with Key Fixtures in Dar es Salaam

The NBC Premier League continues today with two matches set to conclude Matchday 24 in Dar es Salaam.

Defending champions Yanga SC will be at KMC Complex to face Singida Black Stars in a match scheduled to kick off at 04:00 PM.

After rivals Simba moved to the top of the league standings yesterday following a 2-1 win over Coastal Union, Yanga will be desperate for a victory to reclaim first place.

However, it will not be an easy task against Singida BS, who, after being eliminated from the CRDB Cup, are now focused on finishing in at least the top four to secure CAF competition qualification next season.

Yanga won the first-round meeting 3-0 in Singida, and they will be looking to continue their dominance over the “Sunflower Farmers” in today’s encounter.

The other match of the day will see Azam FC host Tanzania Prisons at Azam Complex, with kickoff set for 06:30 PM.

Prisons are currently in the relegation zone and desperately need points from every match, but they face a tough challenge against an Azam FC side still applying pressure in the title race.
