The NBC Premier League will conclude on Tuesday, with all 16 teams playing their final matches of the 2025/26 season simultaneously.
While the title race between Yanga SC and Simba SC, as well as the relegation battle, remains in focus, another key storyline is the race for the Golden Boot.
Azam FC’s Feisal Salum, Yanga SC’s Allan Okello, and Singida Black Stars’ Ndumumwe Mossi are locked in a tight battle for the league’s top scorer award.
Feisal Salum, known as “Fei Toto,” currently leads the chart with 15 goals, while both Okello and Mossi are close behind with 14 goals each.
They are closely followed by Pamba Jiji’s Mathew Tegis and Namungo FC’s Fabrice Ngoy, who have each scored 11 goals this season.
Feisal will finish his campaign at home against Dodoma Jiji, while both Okello and Mossi will be in away fixtures.
Okello will feature at Major General Isamuhyo Stadium when Yanga face JKT Tanzania, while Mossi will be in action at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium as Singida Black Stars take on Fountain Gate.
With everything still to play for, the Golden Boot race is expected to go down to the final whistle of the season.
