Azam FC has continued strengthening its squad after successfully extending the contract of attacking midfielder Idd Suleiman "Nado," who will remain with the Lambalamba for another spell.
Nado, who is regarded as one of the club's key players, has agreed to a new two-year contract that will keep him at the Chamazi-based side.
The extension comes amid reports that the Tanzanian international had attracted strong interest from several top clubs in the country, including Tanzania Mainland champions Yanga SC.
Despite the speculation, Nado has chosen to remain at Azam FC, where he has been an important part of the team for several seasons. The attacking midfielder has consistently impressed with his creativity, helping the team both by creating scoring opportunities and finding the back of the net.
Outstanding Contribution Last Season
Last season, Nado was one of Azam FC's standout performers. He scored eight goals and provided six assists, highlighting his importance to the club's attacking play.
