Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) came from two goals down in stoppage time to secure a 2-2 draw against Lille in the second round of the French Ligue 1.
Lille looked on course for victory after taking a two-goal lead, but Vitinha pulled one back in the first minute of stoppage time before captain Marquinhos headed home a late equaliser to complete PSG’s dramatic comeback.
Lille opened the scoring in the 21st minute through Hákon Arnar Haraldsson, with Olivier Giroud involved in the build-up to both of the hosts’ goals. Lille doubled their advantage in the 84th minute, only for PSG to produce a remarkable late response.
The draw leaves Lille on four points at the top of the early standings, while PSG have two points from their opening two matches and are still searching for their first league victory of the 2026/27 season.
