Simba SC’s Manager for Information and Communications, Ahmed Ally, has explained why the club chose to hold its training camp in South Africa during the current break in the Mainland Premier League to accommodate the FIFA international calendar.
Ahmed said the camp is aimed at giving players an opportunity to maintain their training, improve the squad’s readiness and prepare for the competitive schedule when action resumes.
He added that the camp will also help the technical team maintain the team’s fitness levels and ensure the players remain prepared for the challenges ahead.
