Kagera Sugar have made changes to their technical bench after officially unveiling Amri Kiemba and Frank Domayo as assistant coaches for the 2026/27 season.
Kiemba has been appointed First Assistant Coach, while Domayo, who previously represented Yanga SC, Azam FC and the Tanzania national team as a player, has been named Second Assistant Coach. The two will work under head coach Cedric Kaze.
The appointments come as Kagera Sugar return to the NBC Premier League after finishing second in the Championship last season. The club is now focused on building a squad capable of competing in the new campaign.
Kagera Sugar were relegated at the end of the 2024/25 season after finishing 15th with 23 points. Strengthening the technical bench therefore forms part of the club’s preparations for their return to the top flight.
Kiemba and Domayo are now expected to work alongside Cedric Kaze in preparing the team, as Kagera Sugar aim to make a strong start and build a more competitive season.
