These teams will not compete with Yanga in the group stage. Citizens will be drawn against teams from pots 1, 3 and 4
Pot 1 has Al Ahly, Esperance, Mamelodi Sundowns and TP Mazembe
Pot 3 has Al Hilal, Orlando Pirates, Sagrada Esperanca and AS Far Rabat
Pot 4 has MC Alger, Djoliba, Stade De Abdijan and Maniema Union
