Yao Kouassi Ruled Out of Yanga’s CFFA Return Leg as Injury Concerns Persist

Yanga right-back Yao Kouassi will miss the team’s second-leg clash against CFFA as they battle for a place in the CAF Champions League (CAFCL) group stage.

Kouassi sustained a minor injury during the first leg, in which he played just 45 minutes as Yanga secured a 4-0 victory.

The Ivory Coast international joins other injured players, including Djigui Diarra and Duke Abuya, on the sidelines.

This will be Diarra’s second consecutive match on the sidelines as he continues to struggle with a back problem, while Abuya is recovering from the injury he sustained during the Kariakoo Derby on October 10.
