Sugu has noted that he is doing this to motivate the team to save it from relegation
"Mbeya City Stand Up!! Our team is in danger of relegation, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT! We have 4 matches left and to recover we have to win even 2 matches. To motivate the players on the field, I will give 1M for every WINNING GOAL for the remaining matches and the money will go to the scorer," Sugu wrote through his social media page
