Yanga head coach Nasreddine Nabi said his team has completed preparations for the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup quarter-final against Rivers United
The game will be played on Sunday, April 30 at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium
Speaking at a press conference, Nabi said there is nothing they need more than to win against Rivers United and advance to the semi-finals
Nabi said the victory they got in Nigeria will not be meaningful if they miss a victory in tomorrow's game that will be played at Benjamin Mkapa's stadium
"All the players are fine, they are working hard in training. We know we haven't qualified yet, we need a good result to advance to the next stage"
"I have sat with my players, we have agreed that the good work we have done in Nigeria will be meaningless if we does not win tomorrow's game," said Nabi
Speaking on behalf of his teammates, midfielder Zawadi Mauya said they are aware that a victory in the game will make them write the history of reaching the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup for the first time
"We know we are going into a game that will write history for our club. Our goal is to advancer. But now we are looking at the game in front of us, we need a win," said Mauya
