Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Simba club Salim Abdallah 'Try Again' has said that the club's plans for the Champions League next season are to play in the semi-finals
Speaking at a gala dinner event organized by Mps of the United Republic of Tanzania in Dodoma yesterday, Try Again said Simba will sign players of great quality to be able to achieve the goals
"The main goal is to ensure that we play in the semi-finals of the Champions League, so we will make a big signing for next season to be able to achieve our goals," said Try Again
Try Again also noted that in addition to missing titles in the last two seasons, Simba has collected more titles than any team here in Tanzania in the last five years
"We did not do wrong in the last five years, in the 16 cups we competed for, Simba won 13 cups," added Try Again
In another step, Simba Chief Executive Imani Kajula noted that in the plans they set for themselves next season, the club's budget will reach Tsh 23 billion
