Member of the Board of Directors of the Simba club Crescentius Magori has said that midfielder Yusuph Kagoma is free to serve Simba because the club has never received any letter from the TFF about the player being suspended as claimed by the statement made by Yanga's lawyer earlier today
In addition, Magori has asked the TFF to punish Yanga's lawyer Simon Patrick for talking about the case that is before the Committee on Laws and Players' Status
Magori has reminded the TFF that he once punished the late Zacharia Hans Pope during the saga of the registration of the player Bernard Morrison after talking to the media about the case that was before the Committee
"Yusuf Kagoma, Bowling link, play football, today's events are happening and the TFF wants to take action. The late Hans Pope was once punished for talking about the issue in the Law Committee. We ask that this also happen"
"Simba has never received any letter from Kagoma to be suspended. We ask that punishment be given to the person who told this lie in public," Magori wrote on his social media page
Kagoma is with the Simba Libya squad for the Federation Cup game against Al Ahly Tripoli that will be played on Sunday
