The head coach of Singida Black Stars, Patrick Aussems, has said that his team will do 'wonders' this season due to the type of players he has
Aussems has said that he sees his team doing well this season and giving competition to the biggest club in the country in the matches of the ongoing Tanzania Mainland Premier League
"I have been here in Tanzania for several years, I know the Premier League, I know the big teams that are used to it are Simba, Yanga and Azam but I see my team is in a good direction, we can do something that many do not expect," said Aussems
He said his team has players with great potential, who are dedicated and capable of giving the team good results in their upcoming matches
He added that his goal is to see the team continue to do well and finish in the top positions to get a ticket to participate in international competitions next year
"This is possible if we continue to do a good job, the players commit themselves and the leadership do their job, nothing is impossible, I believe we will do well," Aussems added
Singida Black Stars are in third place in the league standings, collecting 23 points from 10 matches. They are only one point behind Yanga who are in second place with 24 points while Simba are at the top with 25 points
However, Yanga has one game to play where today Thursday they will play against Tabora United
