FC Barcelona have returned to the top of the La Liga standings after defeating Levante UD 3–0 on Sunday, February 22, 2026.
In the match played at Camp Nou, Barcelona made a fast start and took the lead as early as the fourth minute through young midfielder Marc Bernal. The early goal boosted the hosts’ confidence as they went on to dominate possession and control the tempo of the game.
In the 32nd minute, Dutch international Frenkie de Jong doubled Barcelona’s advantage following a well-worked team move. The first half ended with Barcelona comfortably leading 2–0.
