Simba vs Damaro Case Postponed by Tanzanian Football Federation

The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has postponed until next week the case filed by Simba SC against Yanga player Mohamed Damaro Camara regarding the midfielder's nationality.

The reason for the postponement is that Yanga and player Damaro were delayed in receiving the official summons to attend the TFF Players’ Status and Legal Committee meeting.

Simba filed the case claiming that Yanga violated league rules by having 13 foreign players, while regulations allow only 12.

Mohamed Damaro Camara plays as a Tanzanian player, which Simba says contradicts FIFA procedures regarding a player’s change of nationality (switching of nationality).

According to Simba, Damaro playing as a Tanzanian without following the official FIFA process violates competition regulations.
