Yanga’s Media and Communications Manager, Ali Kamwe, has announced that the team will enter camp today, Monday, to begin preparations for their Premier League match against Tanzania Prisons, scheduled for Saturday, April 4, at the KMC Complex.
Kamwe stated that Yanga is returning to training with all players who were not involved in national team duties during the FIFA calendar.
"The team enters camp today, Monday, to start preparations for our next match according to the schedule, which is against Tanzania Prisons."
"The match will be played at the KMC Complex on Saturday, April 4, at 12:30 PM."
"After the break, we expect all our players who were not on national team duty and those without injury concerns to join the camp with high motivation to prepare for the game," Kamwe said.
Regarding injured players, Kamwe mentioned that striker Prince Dube, defender Ibrahim Bacca, Chadrack Boka, and Edmund John are expected to join their teammates in training, starting with gym sessions.
Kamwe added that striker Laurindo Aurelio 'Depu' is still under medical supervision and may begin training after one week.
He also confirmed that players Dickson Job and Clement Mzize have been removed from team plans for the remaining matches this season due to their recovery following surgeries in South Africa.
