Mbeya City have earned promotion back to the Tanzania Mainland Premier League after defeating Tanzania Prisons on aggregate in the promotion/relegation play-off.
Mbeya City took control of the tie with a 2-0 victory in the first leg before holding Tanzania Prisons to a goalless draw in the return leg played today.
