Congo Brazzaville international midfielder Innocent Loemba’s journey with Simba SC appears to be coming to an end, with reports indicating that the club is working on parting ways with the player.
Loemba is reportedly not part of head coach Steve Barker’s plans for the new season, as the technical bench continues the process of rebuilding and restructuring the squad to match the coach’s football philosophy.
Reports suggest that Barker does not see Loemba as part of his long-term plans, making the midfielder’s chances of remaining at Msimbazi increasingly unlikely.
Loemba joined Simba during the mid-season transfer window with high expectations due to his ability to operate in different midfield roles. His early performances with the Msimbazi Reds were impressive, as he displayed quality in possession, passing, and supporting attacking moves.
However, as the season progressed, Loemba gradually lost his place in the starting lineup due to strong competition within the squad and changes in the technical team's plans.
